Eric Williams – MS, Taxation
Eric enjoys working with and overseeing client delivery and guiding the team in managing the books, handling the taxes, and providing business advisory to the clients! As a graduate of CUNY, Baruch College with a BS in Accounting and a MS in Taxation from Strayer University, Eric has used his education to manage accounting departments for large and small companies in the financial services, retail grocery and healthcare sectors. When he opened ERJ Services in 2013, his goal was to use all that education and experience to help small businesses realize their financial objectives.
As a member of the practice with over 20 years of experience, Eric specializes in assisting clients in the areas of tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll services, other accounting support, financial statement preparation and analysis, and business advisory. Eric works closely with ERJ Services clients to optimize processes, create budgets and forecasts, and improve the overall financial health of their business.
Eric is a family man and heavily involved in his church and community. Applying his secular skills to his dedication to his church and its ministries, he has served in various capacities including Chairman of the Church’s Finance Committee, School Board Treasurer, Chairman of the Fundraising Committee, and Church Treasurer. He was also a Literary Editor for the National Association of Black Accountants (NY Chapter) Chronicles and a past member of the Employment Committee.
Dr. Ranelli Williams, CPA, MBA, PFP
Dr. Ranelli Williams will be the first to admit that she will leave most of the bookkeeping and tax assignments to their accounting staff, but there isn’t a business financial risk or accounting irregularity safe from her trained eyes as a Certified Public Accountant and a public and internal auditor! Early in her career, Dr. Ranelli cut her teeth with Deloitte, planning, executing, and managing audits of healthcare, higher education, manufacturing and non-profit clients. She has applied that training to guide ERJ Services clients to use accounting as a tool for growth and profitability.
Dr. Ranelli really enjoys helping small business owners develop sound accounting SOPs, improve systems, take advantage of tax savings, and practice Profit First strategies. She particularly enjoys overseeing the process of helping their clients use financial data to support their decisions that help them grow and scale profitably.
First in her family to obtain a degree of higher learning in 1991, she received a BS in Accounting and an MBA from CUNY, Baruch College and a Doctor of Business Administration Degree in Entrepreneurship at Walden University.
Dr. Ranelli is active in the community, particularly in her faith and church on a national scale. Passionate about helping individuals overcome their fears and activate their faith to walk in their purpose, she is a 10x best-selling author, award-nominated speaker, entrepreneur, and Legacy Building Catalyst, working with faith-based entrepreneurs and couples to master their money and work towards building a strong financial legacy. Ranelli was the co-founder of the L.I.F.T. Conference, a conference in the Poconos that served over 200 faith-based women in business and ministry to grow their business and profits pre-pandemic.
She was also an Adjunct Instructor of Accounting and Personal Finance at Northampton Community College. She has also worked with the National Association of Black Accountants, serving as Chair of the Employment Committee and part of the Financial Empowerment Committee. In her church ministries, she has served as Youth Leader and Mentor, Youth Sponsor, Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Choir Director, member of the Education Committee, Assistant Stewardship Director, and is currently the Stewardship Director.
